La Ventana del mar
La Ventana del Mar features San Felipe’s finest development. Single family home and condos are located on prime beachfront and golf course locations in a community dedicated to the beauty of the sea, desert floor and a 10,000 foot mountain range gathered in a single setting. San Felipe is one of the few places in the world that we know of with these natural features.
Demand for our inventory has been exceptional with our last phase of development (300 beachfront and golf course condos) selling out in 8 weeks. New! 25 Condos have returned to the market and are being offered at pre-development pricing. These will not last long. Contact us immediately if you are interested.
Several new phases of development are about to be released including beachfront and golf course home sites and condos. If you are even remotely interested, you’ll want to make sure you get your name on the waiting list to ensure that you will be amongst the first contacted. By doing so you’ll at least put yourself in the position of being able to preview the project before it is marketed extensively to the public.
The La Ventana del Mar Hotel will feature a Resort Hotel and Spa. Some rooms will be dedicated to specific spa functions to include weight reduction, skin treatments, and other types of medical related therapy. The full service hotel will feature all-suite rooms with a quality finish and furnishings but with a rustic, warm feel in keeping with the traditional tone in La Ventana del Mar communities. The hotel grounds will be heavily landscaped with a lot of vegetation. Special architectural attention will be given to public spaces for the restaurants, gardens and pools to maximize the aesthetic value and guest comfort and pleasure.
A multi-level pool will be created with cascading waterfalls that have an appearance of disappearing into the Sea of Cortez. The hotel will be noted for its quality, architectural beauty, serenity and quality of dining. The backside of the hotel will have a southern exposure overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
Additionally, the hotel will feature 20 free standing 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villas for guests desiring larger and more private accommodations.
Las Caras de Mexico Golf Course
The Las Caras de Mexico Golf Course is an championship 18-hole golf course on the Sea of Cortez. We have named the course “Faces of Mexico” to give it an archaeological, historical and social Mexican character. The “Faces of Mexico” course is special in many ways. It conforms to its natural setting which is already a very unique terrain.
A special element in the “Faces of Mexico” (Las Caras de Mexico) course is it utilizes salt-tolerant turf and plants which utilize seawater irrigation to greatly reduce our need to utilize fresh water to maintain our golf course. San Felipe averages less than 3 inches of rain per year and water is very precious. By utilizing salt tolerant grass and plants, we are able to tap into previously “unusable water” in wells that are too high in salt content to be of any human or agricultural use. This is very much in keeping with the owner’s interest in sustainable community development.
