| CANCELLATION POLICY: |
Rentals: 30 days notice - 25% cancellation fee. Under 30 days - No refund.
No refund if date of stay falls during any one of the following holidays: New Year's Day, President's Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Shrimp Festival Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Reservations can only be made 9 months out.
